I cut a bamboo stalk from my backyard and carved it into a calligraphy nib.
This was my second try, once the bamboo started to accept the ink a little better. Later on, i’ll post some pictures of me making and using the bamboo nib.
I picked the name of one of my old Clarion mates. I think it came out pretty ok, but i probably still have a lot more practice to do. I added a full name with Gimp. Sort of like for a business card…
