Tonight i’ll be leading the Wordos for the first time.
Amongst all my busyness and stress, it somehow seemed like a good idea to take on the Wordos too. Whew.
I’ll be splitting the duties with John, so that’ll help. This is my week, next is his, etc…
But yeah, the wordos is an old and established group and i hope i don’t break it or anything.
Dave is a tricky one. Already he’s tried to distract me from my goal.
What else does he have in store? Who knows? he’s well aware that i have to get to 65,000 words today or he gets $10.
It’s a battle to the … well, ten dollars.
Well … i said it would get harder.
No more whining, i got through the day, barely. Going to bed.
Merchimerch, sorry for the lack of updates and for denying you my $10. If it’s any consolation, i really earned it today.

Started late, finishing late.
This last scene was a bugger. I basically avoided writing it all day and then at around 10pm was faced with paying out the $20 or sitting my butt down to write. So write i did.
Arashinomoui, Bruce, thanks for the motivation. I can honestly say if not for the twenty buck threat, i never would have written today.
To honor your help, Arashinomoui, you get a very shiny screw. Bruce, you, of course, get Zimbabweian currency.
Food: Ate well today … until i went out for a veggie burger, tater tots and root beer with Em. 😛
Though i made up for it a bit by doing 6 or so DDR songs.

OMG! Today’s a double payout day! [swearword]!
Meh. Yesterday i had to get design work done in the morning and then started volunteer work at 4pm (that ended up going till 11:30pm) … then i had trouble getting to sleep. “Meh!” I decree!
For a “day off”, it was not very day-off-like.
Anyway, dragging myself up and about. I’ve already written 500 words, but have to write another 2500 or i lose *gulp* $20!
So, i have to get to 59,000 words or i’ll own both Arashinomoui and Bruce ten bucks. (I’m desperately trying to figure out how to get this done with all the other work i have to do today. And i have to get most of it done by 6pm!)
I know, sorry, whine whine whine.
At this point, i’d call them “fluffy.” They are not yet dyed purple. I’ll have to wait till i can find some time and maybe for them to come in a bit more.
So. Sore. My arms and belly are definitely feeling it. Going to take it a bit easier today. I read somewhere that you need to let your body have rest days to make the exercise effective. I’ll jump back into it harder tomorrow.
